This is essential. We need to have an ability to harbor resumes from applicants. Basically, everything Indeed and Zip offers, you need to offer. There needs to be an option for applicants to create a platform based profile, and with AI integration, they can do so by matching their resume to the job posting.

There is a new resumes section in the dashboard where all resumes uploaded will be available. Also, there is a new section for ai powered matches. Employees who have a profile can now upload their resume and the matches section will show the best jobs using ai to do some percentage matching on jobs. This can be enabled from the dashboard in advanced settings. Thanks
