The backfiller query should be a required field

If you don't put a query the backfiller will return 0 results which is not great. We need to make it a required field and add a message to say that if you don't want a specific query just put the city or country that you are targetting as your query, it will do the same thing. Also if you don't use a query like right now, the text is just `Job search:` but that's why we need the query..
